LAWNS WITH POOR DRAINAGE* Option 2: Core Aeration – Reduces thatch, reduces compaction and improves nutrient uptake. Requires marking any underground lines.
THIN OR BARE SPOTS NEED REPAIR* Option 3: Core Aeration with Overseeding- Your lawn will be mechanically aerated two times while spreading starter fertilizer and fescue seed over the entire area.
